Rendry: a batch image generator for AI agents and humans
Design a template visually or let your AI agent design it for you; then render thousands of on-brand images via REST API or the native remote MCP server (https://rendry.io/api/v1/mcp, 26 tools). Deterministic output: exact layout, brand colors, legible text, scannable QR and barcodes, in ~1-3 s per image.

Frequently asked questions
- Is Rendry an AI image generator like Midjourney?
- No, and that's the point. Diffusion models create art; Rendry renders templates deterministically: exact layout, exact brand colors, legible text, scannable QR codes, every single time. Use both: diffusion for the hero photo, Rendry for the layout around it.
- How does my AI agent connect?
- One URL. claude.ai: add a custom connector with the MCP endpoint (https://rendry.io/api/v1/mcp) and sign in via OAuth. Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and any MCP client: same URL plus an API key. The agent gets 26 tools, from template gallery to raw-DSL design with free previews.
- What keeps the agent from burning my quota while designing?
- Previews are free and do not count against the render quota. The agent iterates on preview_preset and spends quota only on final renders. On Templated's MCP, for comparison, every visual check is a paid render; Placid's MCP has no design loop at all.
- Can I fix what the agent designed?
- Always. Agent-made templates are regular presets: open them in the drag-and-drop editor, nudge layers, change fonts, save. The agent keeps rendering the adjusted version.
- What does it cost at scale?
- Free: 100 renders/month, renewed every month. $15/mo covers 500 renders, $49/mo covers 2,000; at $49 that is twice the volume Bannerbear includes for the same price.
